Fascia protects the wood elements of your roof's structure that are most vulnerable to the weather. At the same time it provides a subtle visual complement to the appearance of your home's exterior. When gutter fill with snow and ice, the fascia boards can absorb the moisture and start to rot. It is part of our work to inspect and inform our clients if such problem has occurred.
